The Election Commission (EC) has announced the schedule for Barishal, Sylhet and Rajshahi City Corporation polls, scheduled for July 30.
EC Secretary Helal Uddin Ahmed on Wednesday announced the schedule at Nirbachan Bhaban in Dhaka.
According to the schedule, the last date for submission of nomination papers is June 28.
The nomination papers will be scrutinised between July 1 and 2 and the last date of withdrawal of nomination is December 9.
The date for symbol allocation has been set at July 10.
Earlier on May 29, Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) KM Nurul Huda announced the election schedules for the three city corporations at a press conference at the Nirbachon Bhaban.
