The students from different schools and colleges continued their protests in the capital demanding safer roads and protesting the death of two students of Shaheed Ramiz Uddin Cantonment School for the eighth day on Sunday.
The students took to the streets in different parts of the capital and were controlling the traffic movement.
The movement of the vehicles was very thin in the streets.
On July 29, two students- Abdul Karim, 16, and Diya, 15, of Shaheed Ramiz Uddin Cantonment College were killed when a speedy bus rammed them on Airport Road of the capital city.
The incident triggered mass protest among students and they have been continuing the demonstration in demand of safe roads and justice.
