Light to moderate rain or thundershowers accompanied by temporary gusty wind is likely to occur at many places over Rangpur, Chattogram and Sylhet divisions and at a few places over Dhaka, Mymensingh, Rajshahi, Khulna and Barishal divisions with moderately heavy to heavy falls at places over the country in 24 hours commencing 9 am on Friday, reports BSS.
Day and night temperature may remain nearly unchanged over the country, said a met office release here.
Country’s highest temperature on Thursday was recorded by 36 degree Celsius at Rajshahi while the lowest 24.6 degree Celsius at Sayedpur on Friday.
The highest 54 millimeters (mm) rainfall in 24 hours till 6 am today was recorded at Dinajpur.
Today’s sunset in the capital will be at 6.24pm and tomorrow’s sunrise at 5.37am.
