Amjad Khan Chowdhury Memorial Hospital hosts free medical camp

Amjad Khan Chowdhury Memorial Hospital conducted a free medical camp at Dastanabad Alim Madrasa in Natore, serving over 200 patients on Tuesday, April 29. 

Five specialist doctors provided prescriptions, and all patients received free medicines.

Patient Alpana Begum shared, “I suffer from hand and waist pain but can’t afford external treatment. I heard about this camp, received treatment, and got medicines.” 

Sixty-year-old Motaleb Munshi added, “I came for dental issues and received free treatment and medicines.”

The hospital’s Resident Medical Officer Dr Mohaiminul Islam said, “This camp reflects our social responsibility to serve the community. The diverse participation inspires us.” 

Hospital Administrator Hamid Al Nahid noted, “We frequently organise such camps for rural, underserved communities. We’re delighted to offer medical services to the marginalised.”
