The government has lowered the prices of diesel, kerosene, petrol, and octane by Tk 1 per litre.
The new prices come into force from midnight past Wednesday, May 1.
The prices of diesel and kerosene have been fixed at Tk 104 reducing from Tk 105, according to a notification issued by the Energy and Mineral Resources Division today.
Octane and petrol prices have been set at Tk 125 and Tk 121 a litre respectively, the notification added.
