Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus continued his high-stakes engagement with political leaders for a second consecutive day on Sunday, hosting a series of meetings at Jamuna to shape Bangladesh’s political future.
The discussions, held in two phases, brought together a diverse array of party leaders to address pressing national issues.
In the first session, Yunus met with Liberal Democratic Party (LDP) President Colonel (retd) Oli Ahmad, Nagarik Oikya’s Mahmudur Rahman Manna, Ganosamhati Andolan’s Zonyed Saki, Revolutionary Workers Party’s Saiful Haque, and AB Party’s Mujibur Rahman Manju. The talks focused on forging a collaborative path forward, with leaders exchanging views on governance and reform.
The second phase, scheduled for 6:00 PM, includes prominent figures such as Maulana Sadiqur Rahman, Maulana Rezaul Karim, Maulana Mamunul Haque, and others, reflecting Yunus’s commitment to engaging a broad spectrum of voices, from secular to religious leaders.
