A Russell's viper has been rescued from Dohar in Dhaka by Save Wildlife and Nature (SWAN), a wildlife conservation organization.
The rescue took place around 9:30 am on Sunday (June 29), confirmed Adnan Azad, the founding president of SWAN, to Jago News.
“We received the information in the morning, and three of us went to Dohar to carry out the rescue,” he said. “Following the instructions of the Forest Department, we will release the snake back into the wild.”
