Miscreants set fire to a passenger bus operated by Alif Transport in the Senpara area of Mirpur, Dhaka, on Friday morning.
The fire broke out at 7:23 am, and the Fire Service brought it under control by 7:35 am.
Rashed Bin Khalid, duty officer of the Fire Service, said that upon receiving the news, two units from the Mirpur Fire Station rushed to the scene and managed to control the fire.
However, he could not confirm the cause of the fire or the extent of the damage.
