Bangladesh’s most diversified conglomerate, PRAN-RFL Group, has earned fresh global acclaim by winning the Global Business Leadership in Agri-Processing Excellence Award at the prestigious ABCCI Business Excellence Awards 2025, held at The Langham in Melbourne, Australia.
The honour recognises PRAN-RFL’s pioneering role in transforming Bangladesh’s agro-processing landscape and amplifying the global visibility of “Made in Bangladesh” products.
Driving a new era of agri-exports
The award was received by Md Rasedul Hasan, Deputy Managing Director (Export) of PRAN-RFL Group, from FM Borhan Uddin, Bangladesh’s High Commissioner to Australia.
The ceremony was graced by prominent guests including Jo Briskey MP, Federal Member for Maribyrnong; Dr Renee Heath MP, Shadow Assistant Minister for Multicultural Affairs; and Brad Battin MP, Leader of the Victorian Liberal Party.
PRAN-RFL was celebrated for its far-reaching contributions to Bangladesh’s agricultural value chain—from empowering millions of rural farmers and promoting value addition to exporting premium-quality food and beverage products to 148 countries.

In his acceptance remarks, Md Rasedul Hasan said: “This recognition belongs to the entire PRAN-RFL family—more than 168,000 people united by a shared vision to represent Bangladesh with pride. The ABCCI Business Excellence Awards 2025, organised by the Australia Bangladesh Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ABCCI), celebrated growing trade and investment between the two nations.
This year’s event spotlighted sustainable trade, innovation, and inclusive growth, with PRAN-RFL’s recognition standing as a testament to Bangladesh’s rising industrial competitiveness and export strength.
