Thirteen military officers, who are in the custody of the Bangladesh army, have been produced before the International Crimes Tribunal (ICT) in three separate cases of crimes against humanity.
They were brought to the tribunal from a special prison at the Dhaka Cantonment through a prison van of the Bangladesh Jail around 10:00 am on Sunday, November 23, amid tight security.
The three-member tribunal led by Justice Md Golam Mortuza will hold a hearing and give an order.
Earlier, on October 26, the tribunal set November 23 for further hearing in the three separate cases filed against convicted former prime minister Sheikh Hasina and former home minister Asaduzzaman Khan Kamal, and former and present army officers.
