The deadline for filling out SSC and equivalent examination forms has been extended once again. The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka, announced that students can now submit their forms until January 24, while the last date for fee payment through the Sonali eSheba app is set for January 25.
The announcement was made in a notice signed by the Board Controller of Examinations, SM Kamal Uddin Haider, on Thursday night (January 15). The notice stated that SSC candidates for the 2026 exams can submit their forms with a late fee until the revised deadline. Educational institutions are responsible for completing the form submission process within this timeframe.
The Board has also released the schedule for this year’s SSC and equivalent exams. According to the schedule, the SSC exams will begin on April 21 with the Bangla First Paper, and the written exams will conclude on May 20. Practical exams are scheduled from June 7 to June 14.
Compared to last year, when the SSC and equivalent exams began on April 10, this year’s exams will start 11 days later, with practical exams delayed due to intervening holidays.
