'No' vote has won in three constituencies of Gopalganj, known as Awami League's stronghold, in the referendum on the July National Charter.
Apart from this, the 'Yes' vote lost in at least six Jatiya Sangsad seats, including three hill districts, according to the Election Commission (EC).
The 13th parliamentary elections and referendum were held across 299 constituencies simultaneously on Thursday, February 12.
The BNP secured victory in over 200 constituencies in the national elections, while the 11-party alliance led by Jamaat-e-Islami won in around 70.
The referendum will seek public endorsement for the "July Charter", a reform blueprint born from the 2024 revolution, proposing major changes such as curbing executive powers, bolstering judicial independence, restoring a caretaker government system, and potentially introducing a bicameral legislature with proportional representation in the upper house.
