Muhammad Hasnat Morshed Bhuiyan, Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Home Affairs, has been appointed as the personal secretary (PS) to Home Minister Salahuddin Ahmed.
He previously served as personal secretary to former adviser of the interim government, Muhammad Fouzul Kabir Khan.
The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification in this regard on Thursday, February 19.
Earlier, on April 6 last year, the Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification transferring him to the post of Deputy Secretary at the Ministry of Commerce. He was later moved to the Ministry of Home Affairs.
