Four killed in clash over dominance in Narail

Four people were killed in a clash between two rival groups over local dominance in Narail. The incident took place early Monday (23 February) in Barokula village under Sadar upazila.

The deceased were identified as Khalil, 60; Tahajjat, 30; Osi, 30; and Ferdous, 40. Their detailed identities could not be immediately confirmed, but all were residents of the same locality.

Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Narail Sadar Police Station, Mohammad Oli Mia, confirmed the matter to Jago News.

He said three people died on the spot during the clash, while another succumbed to injuries after being taken to the Sadar Hospital.
