Body of Bangladeshi killed in Dubai arrives in Dhaka

The body of Bangladeshi expatriate Ahmed Ali, who was killed in a missile strike in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, amid the US-Israel war with Iran, arrived in Dhaka on Monday morning.

Carried on Emirates flight EK 582, the body reached Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport at 8:20 am. State Minister for Foreign Affairs Shama Obaed Islam and Minister of Expatriates’ Welfare and Overseas Employment Md Nurul Haque were present at the airport to receive Ahmed Ali’s body, along with senior officials from both ministries.

Earlier, on February 28, Ahmed Ali of Moulvibazar was killed in an Iranian missile strike while on duty driving a car.
