Political Adviser to the Prime Minister and BNP Standing Committee member Mirza Abbas is currently receiving treatment at Evercare Hospital in Dhaka.
On Friday (March 13), after Friday prayers, Tarique Rahman visited the hospital to inquire about Mirza Abbas’s health, according to sources familiar with the matter.
Earlier, on Wednesday during Iftar, Mirza Abbas suddenly lost consciousness. As his condition did not improve, he was admitted to the hospital later that night.
Following doctors’ advice, he is scheduled to be flown to Singapore via air ambulance on Friday evening for further treatment.
