Managing committee head's qualification to remain bachelors

The government has decided to retain a bachelor's degree as the minimum educational qualification of the president of the managing committee and governing body of educational institutions.

Education Minister ANM Ehsanul Hoque Milon said this at a press conference at the Secondary and Higher Education Division on Monday afternoon, March 16.

"Today we would like to inform you about an important decision that our baseline would be a bachelor's (graduate) degree in case of the governing body chairman or president," he said.
