Expats send remittances of $83.30cr in 7 days of April

The expatriate Bangladeshis have sent around $83.30 crore in remittances in the first seven days of April of the current fiscal year 2025-26, according to Bangladesh Bank’s latest data.

The amount is $18.70 crore higher than the same period of the last FY, when the country received $63.60 crore.

Earlier, the highest remittances of $3.75 billion or approximately $375.50 crore, in March of the 2024-25 FY.
