A coordinated measles vaccination campaign is being held simultaneously at four locations in the capital. Alongside government initiatives, the Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) also organized separate vaccination programmes.

The BNP organized a separate measles vaccination programme at the premises of Mohammadpur Maternity Hospital (14/35 Shahjahan Road), starting at 9:00 am. BNP Chairperson’s Advisory Council member Dr. Ziauddin Haider attended as the chief guest.

In addition, another BNP initiative held a vaccination programme at the entrance of Pir Saheb Goli in Shantinagar at 9:00 am, where the party’s Health Affairs Secretary Dr. Rafiqul Islam was present as the chief guest.
