Three more people died with measles and the disease-like symptoms in the country in the last 24 hours till 8:00 am on Wednesday, April 15, as the disease continued to spread.
Of the three, the death of one was from confirmed measles, according to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS).
In the past 24 hours, DGHS recorded 1,032 suspected measles cases and 76 confirmed ones.
With this, the confirmed measles deaths and cases stood at 32 and 2,973, respectively, from March 15 to date.
The health directorate said it has been recording measles-related data since March 15.
