3 killed as train hits motorcycle in Gopalganj

Three people were killed when a train hit a motorcycle at Vennabari rail crossing area in Gopalganj on Tuesday midnight.
Two of the deceased were identified as Razu Shikder, 25, son of Siddik Shikder, of Islambagh area and Tanvir Chowdhury Rocky, 19, son of Kamrul Chowdhury, of Mohammadpara area.
Monirul Islam, officer-in-charge of Gopalganj Sadar Police Station, said three youth were killed on the spot when a train hit a motorcycle in the area.
Bodies of the deceased were sent to Gopalganj Sadar Hospital morgue on Wednesday around 6:30 am, the OC added.
