Low-Pressure in Bay: Sea ports asked to hoist signal 3

A low-pressure system has formed over the northern Bay of Bengal and adjoining areas. Due to its influence, the Meteorological Department has instructed all sea ports across the country to hoist local cautionary signal number three.
