CUCSU polls schedule unveiled; voting on Oct 12

The election to the Chittagong University Central Students Union (CUCSU) and Hall Union will take place on October 12 after long three decades.

Election Commissioner to the CUCSU polls prof Dr Monir Uddin announced the schedule at the Social Science faculty auditorium on Thursday afternoon, August 28.

According to the schedule, draft voter list will be published on September 1, while the final voter list will be released on September 11.

The last date for the submission of nomination letter is September 17 and the nomination paper will be scrutinised from September 18 to 20.

The final list of the candidates will be published on September 25, while the election campaign will begin from September 26 and continue to October 11.
