Dhaka multistorey building catches fire

A multistorey building in Gulshan area of capital Dhaka caught fire on Sunday evening.
The fire broke out on the 7th floor of the 13-storied building beside Manarat International School at Gulshan-2 around 6:59 pm.
Fire Service and Civil Defence duty officer Khaleda Yeasmin confirmed the matter.
Thirteen firefighting units were trying to bring the blaze under control while the report was filed at about 10 pm.
The causes of the fire could not be known immediately and no casualty was reported in the incident, the fire official said.
