ACC finds no CRI office at Dhanmondi

The Anti-Corruption Commission, ACC, failed to trace any office of Centre for Research and Information, CRI, known as Awami League’s research firm, in Dhaka’s Dhanmondi.
An ACC team searched for CRI office in several places of Dhanmondi, but did not find its existence there, ACC assistant director Raju Ahmed said in a press briefing on Tuesday afternoon, February 4.
“We came here (Dhanmondi) to verify whether CRI spends state money for the institutional activities or harms the state. We did not find CRI’s office visiting a few places of Dhanmondi,” he said.
