Kiwi men, Lankan women to tour Bangladesh in April

The Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) on Monday confirmed that the men's team of New Zealand and the women's team of Sri Lanka will tour Bangladesh in April for separate white-ball series.

New Zealand, who will arrive in the country on April 13, will play three ODIs and three T20Is during their visit, with matches scheduled in Dhaka and Chattogram.

The first two ODIs will be played at the Sher-e-Bangla National Cricket Stadium on April 17 and 20, before the teams move to Chattogram for the third ODI at the Bir Shrestho Flight Lieutenant Matiur Rahman Cricket Stadium on April 23.

The T20I series will begin in Chattogram with games on April 27 and 29, before the final match is held in Dhaka on May 2.

Meanwhile, the Sri Lanka women's team will arrive in Bangladesh on April 17 for a white-ball tour consisting of three ODIs and three T20Is. The ODI series will be played at the Rajshahi Divisional Stadium on April 20, 22 and 25.

Following the ODI leg, both teams will travel to Sylhet for the T20I series, with matches scheduled on April 28, April 30 and May 2.

The Sri Lanka women's side will be accompanied by former Bangladesh coach Jamie Siddons, who is currently serving as their head trainer.
