RFL declares 23% dividend for FY 2024–25

Rangpur Foundry Limited (RFL) has declared a 23 percent dividend for its shareholders for the financial year 2024–25. 

The decision was approved at the company’s 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM), held on a digital platform on Wednesday, December 24.

Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Chairman of the company, Rathendra Nath Paul, Managing Director, Sabiha Amjad, Director, Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Director, Abu Taher Chowdhury and Zakia Sultana, Independent Director, Uzma Chowdhury, Director (Finance), Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Director (Accounts), Shafiul Alam, Acting Chief Financial Officer and Muhammad Aminur Rahman FCS, Company Secretary and the shareholders of the company attended the AGM were present on the occasion.

During the meeting, shareholders expressed appreciation for the company’s steady growth and achievements over the years and shared constructive suggestions to further enhance business operations.

Managing Director Rathendra Nath Paul presented an overview of RFL’s business performance, key milestones, and future strategies, emphasizing the company’s commitment to sustainable growth and operational excellence.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman Ahsan Khan Chowdhury thanked the shareholders for their continued confidence and support, and reaffirmed management’s focus on strengthening long-term shareholder value.
