AMCL (PRAN) declares 32% dividend

Agricultural Marketing Company Ltd (AMCL PRAN) has approved a 32% dividend for its shareholders for the fiscal year 2024-25, according to the company’s 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held digitally on Wednesday, December 24.

The AGM was attended by Chairman Ahsan Khan Chowdhury, Managing Director Eleash Mridha, Directors Sabiha Amjad, Uzma Chowdhury, Rezaul Hasan, Zakia Sultana, Choudhury Atiur Rasul, Chowdhury Kamruzzaman, Chief Financial Officer Mohammad Yeamin, Company Secretary Muhammad Shariful Islam, and shareholders.

During the meeting, shareholders praised the company’s achievements and provided suggestions for further improvement of business operations. The Managing Director briefed investors on AMCL PRAN’s overall performance and outlined future growth plans.

Chairman Ahsan Khan Chowdhury concluded the AGM by thanking attendees and seeking continued support from the company’s investors.
