New LPG price for January to be announced today

The new price of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) for January will be announced on Sunday afternoon, determining whether the price will increase or decrease. The new rate will be applicable for one month.
This information was released in a notice by the Bangladesh Energy Regulatory Commission (BERC).
The notice stated that the price adjustment for private LPG will be based on the January Saudi CP (Contract Price) announced by Saudi Aramco. The directive will be presented to the public during a press conference at 3:00 pm.
In December, the price for a 12-kg cylinder at the consumer level was set at Tk 1,253.
