Mizanur Rahman made new pro-VC of NU

Dr Mohammed Mizanur Rahman, director of the Leather Engineering and Technology Institute, and professor of the Applied Chemistry & Chemical Engineering Department of Dhaka University has recently been made the new pro-vice-chancellor of the National University (NU).

The Secondary and Higher Education Division under the Education Ministry issued a notification in this regard on April 4.

He was appointed in the post for the next four years and will receive salary and allowance equivalent to that of his current position, the notification said.
