50th BCS circular likely in next week

Circular for the 50th Bangladesh Civil Service (BCS) examinations is likely to be published in the next week for the recruitment to probably 3,000 cadre and non-cadre posts.

A source in the Public Service Commission (PSC) confirmed the matter on Wednesday, November 5.

PSC officials said the Ministry of Public Administration sent a demand letter to the commission a few days ago to appoint manpower to around 2,800 posts, and of these, 1,700 are cadre, and remaining 1,000 non-cadre. However, the number of non-cadre posts may increase.

Though the PSC officials could not clearly say when the circular will be published, they stated that it is likely be released within the next week or by November 13, and applications would be taken from December's first week.
