Shibir unveils 'Adamya Jabian Oikya' panel for JaUCSU

The 'Adamya Jabian Oikya' (Indomitable JnU Students Unity), a panel backed by the Islami Chhatra Shibir, has been announced for the Jagannath University Central Students' Union (JnUCSU) elections.

JnU unit Shibir president Riazul Islam and secretary Abdul Alim Arif have been named as vice president (VP) and general secretary (GS) candidates, respectively, while UP Bangladesh's JnU organiser Masud Rana will contest for the assistant general secretary (AGS) post from the panel.

Islami Chhatra Shibir's central secretary Nurul Islam Saddam made the announcement at a press conference at the university around 12:30pm on Tuesday, November 18.

The balloting in the Jagannath University Central Students' Union (JnUCSU) and Hall Union elections is scheduled to be held on December 22, and the results will be published on December 23.
