Bella Hadid, Pedro Pascal lead star-studded benefit for Palestine, Sudan
Hollywood is putting its glam to good use – and this time, it’s not for award season.
Supermodel and activist Bella Hadid is teaming up with internet’s favorite dad-energy actor Pedro Pascal to host a massive humanitarian benefit concert in Los Angeles on January 10, raising money for relief efforts in Palestine and Sudan.
Yes — the red carpet is finally making room for something bigger than Met Gala memes.
And the lineup? Ridiculously loaded.
We’re talking: Alex G, Blood Orange, Clairo, Daniel Caesar, Faye Webster, Geese, Jazmine Sullivan, Lucy Dacus, Mustafa, Noname, Omar Apollo, Raphael Saadiq, Rex Orange County, Shawn Mendes, Snoh Aalegra, Tamino, 070 Shake — and many more soulful, indie, and pop icons who clearly said: "Silence is canceled."
All proceeds will be split between the Sudanese American Physicians Association and the Palestinian Children’s Relief Fund, meaning every ticket will help fund emergency healthcare, food and survival support for civilians trapped in two of the world’s most devastating humanitarian crises.
The event comes under the Artists for Aid banner, and tickets drop next week — meaning the scramble will be part charity, part Hunger Games, part cultural reset.
Why it matters?
While Gaza continues to endure the aftermath of brutal military bombardment – with human rights groups still calling the situation genocide – Sudan faces a devastating civil war marked by massacres, famine and mass displacement. Millions of civilians from both regions remain cut off from basic medical care, food and shelter.
So yes – this concert isn’t just another celebrity moment. It’s a global wake-up call wrapped in music, empathy and a little Hollywood star power.
And if the response to previous benefit events – including those led by Florence Pugh, Daisy Ridley, Benedict Cumberbatch and Nicola Coughlan – is anything to go by, this one is likely to make serious impact.
Because when politics fail, sometimes art shows up with the mic, the message and the receipts.
