Tania Brishty diagnosed with brain tumour, undergoes surgery

Actress Tania Brishty has been diagnosed with a brain tumour. Her four-hour surgery was successfully completed, and she is currently under close observation in a hospital.

Filmmaker Sokal Ahmed confirmed the news, saying, “By the grace of Allah, Tania Brishty’s surgery was successfully completed. The tumour was removed after nearly four hours of operation. She will remain under observation for the next 24 hours. Post-operative complications can be complex, so it is too early to say she is completely out of danger. We request everyone to pray for her.”

He also appealed to the public to avoid crowding the hospital or making excessive phone calls that could distress her family.

Tania Brishty is currently one of the busiest actresses, with her new dramas regularly being released and quickly gaining popularity among audiences. She has recently been in the spotlight due to multiple drama releases within a short period.

Tania Brishty made her big-screen debut in 2015 with Ghasful, directed by Akram Khan, and later appeared in Goyendagiri in 2019. After a long break, she is making a comeback to cinema and will be seen in Tribunal, directed by Rayhan Khan.
