Iran claims shooting down 3rd F-35 jet, detaining 2 Israeli pilots

Iran's military claims it shot down a third Israeli F-35 fighter jet, reportedly using Iranian-made air defence systems, reports Tehran Times.
According to an Iranian Army statement, two Israeli pilots were detained after ejecting over western Iran.
This follows the reported downing of two other F-35s since hostilities escalated, with one pilot allegedly killed and another captured.
The conflict intensified after Israel conducted airstrikes on Tehran, killing approximately 100 civilians, military personnel, and nuclear scientists, and targeting Iran's nuclear facilities and military bases.
In retaliation, Iran launched five waves of ballistic missiles, claiming to have destroyed or damaged over 150 Israeli military and intelligence sites. Iran is also deploying kamikaze drones, with further missile strikes anticipated.
