Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian on Wednesday outlined three conditions for ending the ongoing war with the United States and Israel.

In a post on his X account, the Iranian president wrote: “Talking to leaders of Russia and Pakistan, I reaffirmed Iran’s commitment to peace in the region. The only way to end this war—ignited by the Zionist regime and the US—is the recognition of Iran’s legitimate rights, the payment of reparations, and firm international guarantees against future aggression.”

However, Tehran said US and Israeli forces have bombed nearly 10,000 civilian sites, resulting in more than 1,300 civilian deaths since the war began on February 28.

Earlier, the Pentagon said about 140 US service members have been wounded, while seven have been killed since the launch of Operation Epic Fury. An eighth died from a “health-related incident” in Kuwait.
