Three female workers of Badsha Pioneer Company were killed when an unidentified vehicle crashed into a battery-powered auto-rickshaw on their way to work in Madhabpur, Habiganj, on Saturday morning. The incident occurred around 8:30 am on the Dhaka-Sylhet Highway, in front of the Shahjibazar Badsha Company.

The deceased have been identified as Urmi Akter (20), daughter of Monsur Mia from Majlishpur village in Baniachong upazila, Dilara Begum (32), daughter of Kaiyum Ullah from Jantori village in Nabiganj upazila, and Rumi Akter (25), a senior operator at Badsha Pioneer Company.
