Ministry seeks opinion on July Uprising Directorate Ordinance

Stakeholders have been requested to submit their feedback on the draft "July Uprising Directorate Ordinance 2025" by March 15.

A memorandum issued on Saturday said that the government has decided to establish a new directorate under the Ministry of Liberation War Affairs dedicated to the July uprising. 

The directorate aims to preserve the history and memory of the uprising, support the rehabilitation of the families of martyrs as well as injured students and citizens, and instil the ideals and spirit of the uprising into state and national life.

The memorandum urges all concerned parties to provide their opinions on the draft ordinance by sending them to the official address of the Secretary, Ministry of Liberation War Affairs, or via email to [email protected] no later than March 15.
