Snigdho resigns as July Foundation CEO

Mir Mahbubur Rahman Snigdho has stepped down as chief executive officer of July Shaheed Smirty Foundation.
Snigdho said this in a press conference after a board meeting of the foundation at the State Guest House Jamuna on Thursday, May 8, with its President and Chief Adviser Prof Muhammad Yunus in the chair.
Snigdho said he was unable to concentrate to his studies for the workloads and that is why, he decided to quit the post and serve the foundation as a general member.
Lt Col (retd) Kamal Akbar has been appointed as the new chief executive Officer (CEO) of the foundation.
Mir Mahbubur Rahman Snigdho is the brother of Mir Mahfuzur Rahman Mugdho who was martyred during the July mass uprising in 2024.
