Writ challenges public notice for HC judge appointments

A writ petition was filed on Thursday, May 29, 2025, challenging the public notice issued by the Supreme Court administration inviting applications for the appointment of additional judges to the High Court Division of the Supreme Court of Bangladesh.
The petition was submitted by Supreme Court lawyer Md Abu Said Khan in the relevant branch of the High Court.
