Dhaka Metropolitan Magistrate Partha Bhadra passed the orders. Momtaz was shown arrested in a case filed over the killing of Shaon Mufti with Kotwali Police Station. Jahangir was shown arrested in the Shamim murder case filed with Dhanmondi Police Station, and Asaduzzaman in the Mainuddin murder case filed with Jatrabari Police Station.
The court subsequently sent all three back to jail.
