Asif, Abrar, Shafiqul still remain confined at Milestone

Law Adviser Asif Nazrul, Education Adviser CR Abrar and Chief Adviser’s Press Secretary Shafiqul Alam still remained confined inside Milestone School and College in Dhaka’s Uttara as students of the institution continued demonstrations in front the campus.

While filing of the report around 6:45pm on Tuesday, July 22, the advisers and press secretary were staying at 5 no. building of the college, while students were staging demonstration at different points of the college despite the government accepted all of six demands of them.

The protesters were chanting various slogans alleging the government is concealing the actual number of deaths in the fatal aircraft crash on the college campus.

A large number of police personnel have been deployed in front of the building where the advisers and press secretary were confined.
