Ali Riaz made special assistant to Chief Adviser

Professor Ali Riaz has been appointed as the special assistant to Chief Adviser Professor Muhammad Yunus.
The Cabinet Division issued a notification in this regard on Thursday, November 13.
While holding the post, he will enjoy rank, salary-allowance and other benefits of an adviser, the notification said.
Prof Ali Riaz served as the vice-president of the National Consensus Commission (NCC) which was tasked to consider and take the recommendations of six reform commissions. The Commission recently completed the tasks by submitting its report.
