The government has redistributed the responsibilities of three ministries left vacant following the resignation of two student-representative advisers.

A notification issued by the Cabinet Division on Thursday evening, December 12, confirmed the new allocations.

According to the circular, Adilur Rahman Khan has been assigned additional charge of the Local Government, Rural Development and Cooperatives Ministry, alongside the two ministries he was already overseeing.

Adviser Syeda Rizwana Hasan has been given responsibility for the Information and Broadcasting Ministry.

Meanwhile, Asif Nazrul will now serve as adviser to the Youth and Sports Ministry, in addition to the two portfolios he is holding.
