Yunus asks to bring Osman Hadi's attackers to justice

Chief Adviser Prof Muhammad Yunus has expressed deep concern over the shooting of Sharif Osman Hadi, an independent candidate for the Dhaka-8 constituency, and directed the law enforcers to bring the attackers to justice swiftly.

He also directed authorities concerned to take all necessary measures to ensure Hadi's highest treatment and asked the Ministry of Health to monitor the treatment activities closely.

Chief Adviser's Deputy Press Secretary Abul Kalam Majumder provided this information on Friday, December 12.

Osman Hadi, spokesperson of Inquilab Moncho, was shot by miscreants in the capital's Bijoynagar area after Jummah prayers.

After the incident, he was rushed to the Dhaka Medical College Hospital (DMCH).
