CCTV cameras around polling centre vandalised in N'ganj

Miscreants have vandalised five CCTV cameras installed around a polling centre in Narayanganj-4 constituency.
The incident occurred beside Ramarbagh Govt. Primary School at ward no. 9 under Kutubpur union of Sadar upazila in the early hours of Wednesday, February 11.
A video footage showed a few youths roaming around the CCTV cameras at night. Later, they broke the cameras and took them away. At least five cameras were vandalised.
Sadar upazila nirbahi officer and assistant returning officer, SM Fayez Uddin, said he is unaware of the incident and will look into the matter.
