Fire at Shewrapara building under control

A fire that broke out at an under-construction building near Shewrapara Metro Station in Mirpur on Friday morning has been brought under control.
The blaze started around 11:00 am in a burlap sack hanging inside the building.
Confirming the matter, Fire Service Control Room Officer Khaleda Yasmin said that the fire was extinguished before two units of the fire service reached the spot after receiving the information.
