Complaining that law enforcers are involving in arrest trade Ruhul Kabir Rizvi, Senior Secretary General of BNP on Wednesday said crossfire has become an epidemic in the country.

‘Why people couldn’t able to hear the sound of crossfire and how crossfire is possible under law enforcer’s custody,’ he asked to government in a press briefing at BNP’s central office in city’s Naya Palton at noon.

He described the crossfire as cold-minded killing at the briefing.

He said law enforcers indiscriminately killed the people in the name of crossfire after failing to catch the master minds of target killings and militants.

He alleged that government has trying to hide the truth through crossfire.

Government now trying to create instability in the country that democratic power can’t ascend into power he said.
Other leaders of the party were present at the press briefing.
