Fakhrul falls ill, receiving treatment at home

BNP Secretary General Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir suddenly fell ill in the early hours of Saturday, December 20, and is now receiving treatment at home in Dhaka.
He was diagnosed with a viral infection, said BNP media cell member Shairul Kabir Khan.
On the advice of doctors, Fakhrul is currently receiving treatment at home, and his physical condition is being observed.
Earlier on Friday night, December 19, he attended a meeting of BNP's standing committee at the party Chairperson's Gulshan office in the capital.
