Primary, Ebtedayee terminal exams to begin on Nov 18

Primary School Certificate (PSC) and Ebtedayee Examinations-2018 will begin across the country on November 18, BSS reported.

The examinations are set to start on November 18 and it will end on November 26, this was disclosed at a meeting in the conference room of the Primary and Mass Education Ministry here, an official release said today.

Primary and Mass Education Minister Mostafizur Rahman presided over the meeting, it added.

The examinations will begin at 10 am instead of 11 am and it will end at 1pm.

Examinees with special need will get additional 30 minutes instead of 20 minutes for completing their exams.

Primary and Mass Education Minister Secretary Mohammad Asif-uz-Zaman, Director General of Directorate of Primary Education Dr Abu Hena Mostafa Kamal, Chairman of National Curriculum and Textbook Board (NCTB) Prof Narayan Chandra Saha, among others, were present at the meeting.
